Need a break? Ask one of our coaches about submitting a membership hold request for a 30, 60 or 90 day period (Max 90 days per calendar year) instead of canceling your membership. If you’re sure, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your Membership Agreement.

By submitting the form below you are confirming that you have read and understand that:

  1. Scheduled payments during the 30-day notice will be processed accordingly.
  2. Final month membership fees will not be prorated and any early termination fees will be billed at this time. Memberships are non-refundable (including prepaid)
    TIP: The best day to cancel is (3) business days prior to the 1st of your last month.
  3. Cancellation of a membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period will result in an early termination fee equal to the Standard Monthly Non-Recurring Membership rate.
  4. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
