Need a break? Ask one of our coaches about submitting a membership hold request for a 30, 60 or 90 day period (Max 90 days per calendar year) instead of canceling your membership. If you’re sure, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your Membership Agreement.
By submitting the form below you are confirming that you have read and understand that:
- Scheduled payments during the 30-day notice will be processed accordingly.
- Final month membership fees will not be prorated and any early termination fees will be billed at this time. Memberships are non-refundable (including prepaid)
TIP: The best day to cancel is (3) business days prior to the 1st of your last month.
- Cancellation of a membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period will result in an early termination fee equal to the Standard Monthly Non-Recurring Membership rate.
- If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
